WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

Workshops are held at a beautiful, peaceful location within the Brecon Beacons National Park, a place of powerful Elemental energies, stunning landscapes and many species of wildlife, including the once endangered Red Kite.  The area offers a great variety of attractions for those who wish to stay longer and explore.   Workshops take place both indoors and, weather permitting, in a 16ft tipi, as well as outdoors in nature with the rivers and the mountains.  Delicious vegetarian lunches are provided during workshops, there are plenty of good B&B's and Youth Hostels within easy reach, and several local pubs serving good evening meals.  The current workshop schedule follows and may also be downloaded by clicking the link at the end. Early booking for workshops is advisable, as places will be limited, a deposit secures your place.

Saturday March 20th 2010 - An Introduction to Shamanic Journeying. An essential starting point for your shamanic exploration, this one day workshop is a short introduction to shamanic journeying, enabling you to meet your power animals and spirit guides for healing and guidance, for yourself and others.  You will need to do this workshop (or the two-day introduction, see below) before participating in some of the more advanced workshops, or applying for the Practitioner's Course. Cost £50 includes vegetarian lunch.

27th/28th February - An Introduction to Shamanism This weekend workshop consists of an introduction to shamanic journeying with the drum, enabling you to meet your power animals and spirit guides for healing and guidance, for yourself and others; also some techniques for sensing energies, simple shamanic healing, working with nature spirits, and space clearing. A good introduction before attending some of the more advanced workshops. Cost £99 includes vegetarian lunch on both days.

	April 9th-11th 2010, Spring Awakening Vision Quest Weekend. (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon). The Vision Quest is a classic shamanic technique used as an initiation since ancient times in many cultures. It is a fine way to mark a rite of passage or change in your life, and a powerful tool for gaining clarity, and we will focus on the bright, awakening, and growing energy of abundance at this lovely time of year. You will journey to connect with your guides and power animals, and look at the nature of your quest for the weekend. You will also receive an individual shamanic healing, then you will spend a day and a night in solitude out in nature. The workshop is suitable for experienced and less experienced people, please call for a chat if you have any questions. Circumstances will vary according to your ability and needs, but you will receive experienced guidance and support, both in the shamanic and the practical outdoor senses, this is intended to be a powerful, yet safe, Vision Quest. Numbers will be strictly limited on this very special weekend. Cost £160, includes some meals; local accommodation information is available for the nights not spent on the Quest.
February 20th/21st 2010 The Shamanic Power of Sound. Everything has a spirit and a vibrational energy, therefore everything has a sound. This remarkable weekend will cover a variety of ways of working shamanically with the power of sound, using our voices and also the drum, rattle, large gongs,singing bowls and other objects. We will explore ways of clearing space and balancing ourselves, of inducing trance states, and giving healing to others, plus some little-known and FUN ways of connecting with the spirits of nature. No previous journeying experience or singing ability required - this is not a singing or chanting workshop! Cost £99 includes vegetarian lunch on both days.
	Past Life and Ancestral Healing Weekend, April 17th/18th 2010 . Healing the wounds that we still carry from past incarnations can be very liberating and enlightening.  You will both give and receive a past life healing, and discover helpful information about your soul’s journey. We will also discover through journey and ceremony our heartfelt ancestors, those we are most closely connected to on a soul level. This is an advanced, exciting and remarkable workshop where you will also learn and experience healing through your ancestral lines, and DNA.  Likely to be life-changing!  You will need to be able to journey.            Cost  £99 includes vegetarian lunch on both days.

If the workshop you have booked is cancelled by me, any fees paid will be returned in full.
No fees will be returned if you cancel within 2 weeks of the workshop date, or if you do not turn up on the day.
If you cancel between 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the workshop date your fees or deposit may be transferred to another workshop at a later date, subject to availability, and with a £5 administration fee.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the workshop date your fees will be returned less a £10 cancellation fee; or you may transfer to another workshop, subject to availability, and with a £5 administration fee.
